Create Zoho CRM Deal on Zoho Desk ticket creation

1. We assume that you want to create Zoho CRM Deal on Zoho Desk ticket creation

2. We assume that you have integrated Accounts between Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM already with default integration

We've given the steps to create Zoho CRM Deal on Zoho Desk ticket creation 

1.1  Tap on Settings icon

1.2 Tap on "workflows" under AUTOMATION

1.3 Tap on "Create Rule"

1.4 Give conditions as mentioned in below image and tap on 'Next'

1.5 Give conditions as mentioned in below image and tap on 'Next'

1.6 Tap on "Next"

1.7 Tap on "+" icon

1.8 Tap on "New" For Custom Functions

1.9 Tap on "Edit Arguments" after giving name

1.10 Give conditions as mentioned in below image and tap on 'Done'

1.11 Give conditions as mentioned in below image and tap on 'Save'

1.6 Tap on "Save"
